About the
Classes
Slow Flow Yoga:  The emphasis in this class will be to incorporate traditional poses into a flowing sequence that gently builds flexibility, balance and strength.  Students will work on moving consciously with their breath and gaining body and self-awareness as a result.  A strong focus will be placed on learning correct form for those who are new to yoga. A great class for beginners.

Hatha Yoga: Intermediate This class will help develop a strong practice done for purification as well mental and physical health.  The class draws upon a variety of styles such as Baptiste, BKS Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tripichore.  The focus will include developing flexibility, strength and balance.  Classes may incorporate advanced asanas such as inversions and arm balances, backbending and hip opening.  In addition, each class will incorporate core work to develop a strong back and abdominals. Modifications will be given to make every yogi feel successful.  Emphasis will also be given to those working on growing their personal practice.
